Help Victims and Families of the London Bombings
Dozens of people have died and more than 700 were injured in four explosions across London on Thursday 7 July. The Mayor of London has established the London Bombings Relief Charitable Fund, in association with the British Red Cross, to raise money for the victims and their families. The British Red Cross has already donated £50,000 to the Fund.
The money raised will be held by the charity and used to assist the victims of the attacks, their families and dependants in a variety of ways. For example, the money may be used to relieve sickness and disability, physical or mental, caused by the attacks, or to relieve financial needs. It may also be used to support any other projects that the Trustees consider appropriate.
